Minimum order: 20 tonnes each for mandarins, apples and nectarines; 1 tonne for blueberries. Minimum quantities for persimmons and peaches are agreed individually. A combined shipment is agreed separately.

The amount, currency and payment schedule are agreed for the specific order and recorded in the contract.

Transport
Plan the route for the batch.
Blueberry air freight is confirmed. Availability and terms for every other transport option must be confirmed for the specific route and batch.

Commercial invoice
Party details, batch contents and value are agreed under the contract.
Certificate of origin: CT-1 or Form A
The applicable form and availability are checked for the destination country.
Phytosanitary certificate
Requirements and availability are checked for the fruit and destination market.
CMR consignment note
Agreed for the road transport leg, where applicable.
Declaration of conformity / quality certificate
The need, document type and availability require a separate check.
Crate and pallet labelling
Label contents are agreed with the buyer, taking destination requirements into account.
Document availability and the final set require confirmation before the order is agreed.

Specify the fruit, quantity and destination using the form, Telegram or email. Several products can be included in one enquiry.
Agree the proposal and contract
Agree the variety, quantity, quality, price, delivery basis, payment schedule and claims procedure.
Arrange delivery and customs clearance
Before dispatch, agree the route, document set and which party handles each transport and customs task. Responsibilities are recorded in the contract.

Can I request several fruits?
Yes. Include several items in one enquiry. The minimum is 20 tonnes each for mandarins, apples and nectarines; 1 tonne for blueberries. Minimum quantities for persimmons and peaches are agreed individually. Combined shipment and timing are agreed individually.
How long does delivery take?
The schedule depends on the destination, transport, batch readiness and paperwork. We agree dates for your route.
Which documents are available?
Tell us the requirements of the destination country. The document set and availability are confirmed before the order is agreed.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are included in the individual commercial proposal.
